To start selling your tracks on our platform, you first need to create a virtual label. This label is not an official record label but serves as the name of your account, allowing customers to find your tracks. Please note that you cannot use the name of a famous artist, label, or company, nor a name that resembles them, including VST/FX brands.

Working with multiple producers under a single label is not allowed. This is because the label owner is ultimately responsible for all content released under the label. You can’t use all samples, even if they are royalty-free. The only samples you can use are one-shots and top-loops, as long as they are royalty-free. When using top loops, ensure they are only used to enhance your main drums. All melodic elements of a track should be composed by the producer. Therefore, using MIDI packs is strictly prohibited.

All tracks you upload to our platform must be 100% original. This means remixes and samples from existing tracks are not allowed.

Additionally, tracks uploaded to House of Tracks must remain exclusive to our platform. If a track has been previously published online or performed live, it is no longer eligible for sale on House of Tracks.

Violating these rules will result in a permanent ban from our platform.
