You can’t use all samples, even if they are royalty-free. The only samples you can use are one-shots and top-loops, as long as they are royalty-free. Additionally, tracks uploaded to House of Tracks must remain exclusive to our platform. If a track has been previously published online or performed live, it is no longer eligible for sale on House of Tracks.
