Upload Rules

When uploading a track to House of Tracks you will have to adhere to the following rules.


 

You can’t use pre-made vocal chops from a sample pack.

You can’t use pre-made guitar loops from a sample pack.

It is not allowed to use a template, construction kits or leads/melody's/drops/midi from a sample/midi pack.

The track should’ve never been released and/or sold before, a track also shouldn’t have been online or exposed to the public in any way.

The track can’t contain any illegal samples or parts.

By uploading the track to HoT you agree that House of Tracks has permission to offer the track on an exclusive basis to third parties for a period of 4 months. After the 4 month period the track can be removed from our platform. If track has been removed all rights return to the original producer.

You can’t share any information about any transaction through HoT with any third party.

You grant permission to the buyer to edit, adapt, change, remix or alter my track in any way.

You agree that HoT will receive a fee (see Label Fee Schedule) if your track is sold.

You will have to accept the Terms & Conditions and should be aware of the following rules

·        you are the owner of the track

·        you are not offering any tracks as a demo. The track is 100% finalized, mixed and mastered

·        you understand that HoT will undertake efforts to promote and offer my track to third parties.

·        Keep in mind that, after approval, your uploaded tracks immediately will be for sale

  • When uploading a track a just a simple mp3 of the track won’t suffice. We will need a total of 3 folders; a master folder, stem folder and a MIDI folder as well as a preview.


 

  • The master folder should contain the mix down and mastered version of a track. If a vocal is used in the track you should also add a mastered instrumental version and an instrumental mix down. The renderings should be delivered in at least 16bit at 44.1 kHz.


 

  • The stem folder should contain all individual elements of the track in separate stems. These need to be delivered in WAV format in at least 24bit at 44.1 kHz.


 

  • The MIDI folder should contain MIDI files (in MIDI type 1) of all important melodic elements.
