PayPal sanctions for Russian accounts

Due to the PayPal blockage in Russia, we are unable to transfer payments to our producers with Russian PayPal accounts. Producers that are using a Russian VPN or using a Russian email provider (such as mail.ru) are able to sell on our platform as long as they have a non-Russian PayPal account. If your label has been deactivated, but you are using a non-Russian PayPal account, please contact support ([email protected])

My label got deactivated, are all my tracks deleted?

All tracks and data of your label are still present on our platform. Whenever the PayPal situation changes, your label including its tracks, followers and other data will be restored again.

My label got deactivated, but I don’t live in Russia (anymore). How can I activate my label again?

All labels with a Russian PayPal account have been deactivated. If you have a non-Russian PayPal account and have access to withdraw the funds from this PayPal account, please contact support ([email protected])

How can I update my PayPal address?

You can navigate to the Label Settings in your House of Tracks account. Please be aware that the new PayPal address needs to be approved by our staff in order for the change to be confirmed.
