New Genres added!
With the new update of House of tracks we have added 10 new genres:
- Slap House
- Afro House
- Melodic Techno
- Industrial Techno
- Minimal
- Jackin’ House
- Future Rave
- Psy Trance
- Synthwave
- Midtempo
From today you will be able to select these new genres for the tracks you upload. You might’ve already have some tracks online which fit one of these new genres better than the current genre you have selected for the track. We have decided to give you the opportunity to change the genre of these tracks. Here is a quick step for step guide on how to change the genre of a tracks that is already online.
- Log into your account on House of Tracks
- Navigate to “My Tracks”
- Select the new genre of the track and click "Send"
- The genre change request will be sent to our A&R team where they will assess the change to see if the change is legitimate.
- Your genre will be changed if agreed (this usually takes up to one business day)
Please note: you can only request a genre change of a track once!
