After 24 hours, the track automatically returns to its original price tier, ensuring the sale is time-limited and clear for both buyers and sellers.

Only eligible tracks can be placed on sale, and the process is managed directly through your House of Tracks dashboard. To put your track up for sale on House of Tracks, go to your “My Tracks” section. Once your track is eligible, set your desired price and click the price button next to your track. When your track is sold on House of Tracks, your payout is automatically transferred to your PayPal account. For tracks sold at €299 or less, a fixed commission rate of 36% is deducted. As soon as a track is purchased, you are free to upload and list another production for sale without delay.
