To protect that value, AI is treated as a supporting tool rather than a substitute for creative authorship. This ensures that all music offered on the platform remains unique, trustworthy, and commercially viable.
What AI can be used for
AI tools are permitted when they assist the creative process without replacing it. This includes, but is not limited to:

- AI assisted melody or idea generation

- Sound design enhancements created within an original production
- Using AI music generators for inspiration only, without using generated audio
In all cases, the producer remains responsible for the composition, arrangement, sound selection, and overall musical direction. All audio content on the platform must be created from original sources.
What is strictly forbidden
To maintain consistency and trust, certain types of content are not accepted on House of Tracks.
- Fully AI generated tracks
- Any use of audio generated by AI music platforms such as Suno or Udio
- Tracks without authentic stems or MIDI
- AI cloned vocals of real artists
- AI generated stems, even when modified
Every track in our catalog must have a clearly identifiable human creator at its core.
Transparency
Producers are required to disclose any use of AI tools during the upload process. This allows us to maintain transparency and ensures confidence for everyone using the platform.
Examples of acceptable disclosures include:
- Lead enhanced with an AI plugin
- AI based mix suggestions applied
- AI generated vocals (as specified in the vocal category of each track)
